Magnet Therapy

Among new modes of treatment, Magnet therapy occupies a very important place. Numerous evidences are pouring in from several research centres showing that Magnet therapy is highly effective in the treatment of many diseases.

Diabetes can be controlled and its complications (e.g., atherosclerosis, high blood pressure and coronary artery disease) can be effectively prevented by Magnet therapy. Numerous proofs are available to validate the above claim.

The pancreas gland can be stimulated by placing two moderately strong magnets on the back, slightly above the imaginary horizontal line passing through the navel. This should be done for 15 minutes, twice a day. The magnets act like sulphonylurea drugs, i.e., they increase the secretion of insulin. Therefore Magnet therapy is particularly indicated in the adult variety of diabetes.

Water, placed in a strong magnetic field for about 24 hours, gets magnetised. Such magnetised water, drunk 3-4 times a day (a cupful every time) also helps the diabetic. Magnetised water beneficially affects the digestive, the circulatory and the urinary systems.

The science of Magnet therapy is still in its infancy. Yet proofs about its effectiveness are pouring in. Numerous laboratories around the world are working incessantly to determine the efficacy of Magnet therapy.

It is not only desirable but very essential that Magnet therapy be also employed, along with other measures, to prevent or to control diabetes.
